Now With Surround Sound!

Surround sound at da beach! (one must try, one must!!)

Anyhoo. One wunners (one does, one does!)... how doth one create surround sound without dolby sound surround speakers (or any speakers for that matter). Indeedo, tis a strange and complex Q (tis, tis).

Hmm.. (One ponners... wunners... thinkers...)...

And one realises! (revvy, revvy!)
(Monaay flowwsss... from da sky! Everybudday lookie up!)

As the learned writer so realised (in collusion with udder learned peeps), surround sound is not necessarily created by speakers!

All one needs is TWO.
Given that the bible so says, that "Two is better than one...!"
The learned peeps concluded (they conclude.. hence and therefore) that...

First and foremostly, one needs two musical players of any sort (preferably iTunes, or a pod...)
Secondly, two need the same enlightened musical taste (enlightened!)
Thirdly, two earphone thingys are needed (plug it in, plug, plug!)
Nexterly, two (peeps) need excellento coordination (using da fings, or da toes..)
Finally, four ears, two fing(er)s, four eyes (praps two may be fine..)

..And da process be done!
Sit back, relax, and enjoy..
Surround sound!

One hints, one hints... play it with Phantom of the Opera (OST, Musical etc)

We like this very much (we do, we do!)
And now, taker the surround sound wherever you go!
Because because, two is better than one!

Off to da beach we go, and we lie.

Lies, Such Lies!

It occurs to the good writer(s) of the wunnerous blog that the extensive readership and/or viewship is declining to a very sadful state! Nonetheless, nonetheless! Feedback was received that the language was hard to read! Hence and therefore, when time and internet permits, the blog shall have translations (to the normal boring language). Till then, good'by.

Have a wunnerful week and month and bestest to all having zammies (exams).

The Tale of Da Odds.

[Previously, it was said that the JDI was investigating on a certain teething biscuit and a certain crazy monkaay. Due to unforeseen circumstances (and the fact that it be the time of da year for zammies and stars and dees), those tales will be put on hold.]

(Meanwhile...)

We wunner, we wunner, why do we ever bother stardeeing. For many a day this week, we have found ourselves walkering to the uni(s) of the... land, heading towards a certain place called the libree (or more often than not, the lawful libree). On the day of yester, it occurred to a bunch of peeps (the dodjees) that all play and no work is bad not too good. The plannerers were at work in the earlycurly hours of the morning, with much yakkering and chattering and fastful typering and concluded that it was necessary to booker many-an-hour of da room.

After a dreaded lawful class (and after a hopelessly terribubble, traumatising morn), one of the wunnerbuddays trudged out of da law school and frolicked in the wind. oh the wind, the wind. the wind was strongful and... gross! many a thing floating in the air (pollen, sunshine, etc etc). grossful grossful. Budden! ntl, ntl. Against all odds, the wunnerbudday and another (ooh, the WB-one and WB-two) went to get drinks (what would one do without drinks on a terribubbly hotful day!) so WB-one/two drink drinker away, while waiting for the others to arrive at the lawful room of five-oh-five....

Promptfully at a couple of couple of few of many a minute (or second), the Kween arrives at da room (somehow, she found she found! A clue was disclosed.. that the room of five-oh-five was one that faced the park). Oh, and the Kween comes with food! With lunch for a WB and junkk. hehehe (WLWL!) Soonfully later, Swippy (or SWPP) arrived with many a thing and all armed for stardeebattle (..like Star Wars. hehe!)

Andden, the lappies prance onto the table, with wires splattered all over the floor and flip-flops flying around the room, and bags thrown all over da place and many a paper and many a stationery all over da table. So the stardees began. A certain Ledger came by (twice) mid-mid-afternoon for a bitsywitsy and left soon after (poreful poreful, she had skool till rather-very-late.)

So the entire afternoon and part of the evening continued on in that manner: studying, eating, drinking, talkering and some playing with maltesers (eeeyer).

(Apparently a certain atmosphere of dodj came upon those peeps in the libree and the d-aliens stole the keyboards of the stardeebuddies and started spammering a certain tagboard.)

As the night and darkness descended upon the land and the sun waved goodbye, it was time to go. To dinner, to home, to wherever. Even the dodjee buddays had to waver each other away. Only two remained and dinnered at an asian place on the street of lies. Back to the lawful libree they went, to the table of newspapers and thangs. More studding, budden it was discovered that the libree chairs are very comfy and loungeful... so it ended up that the brain wandered to thoughts-afar...

Thusfully, it may be seen that the night of the wedday ending on a startling (or, praps an endling) note, with tireful eyes and the worst of sores in the poreful brain (though one wunners if the brain be even there in da first place!)

----

As the lawful wunnerbuddays ended classes on the fateful thursdee (that is the day of to), J-two joined J-one in the libree of the lawskool (yet again! ovov!)

On the topic of stardees on the day of to (today lah), J-one could only say this:

"Oh the sillay lawskool! It be against me! Against against! Firstfully, I was innerneting in da libree. surfering many a site, like da applestore and whatever else. Andden I decide to sign into emesen. Budden, emesen says, 'you've signed out because... (somethang which I rember not)', then I realise I realise that it was actually signed in all ze time! All the time I was online! And yet, and yet, I was not really online! (such lies, such lies. sillay emesen.) Andden andden (yes, still got somemore), the innernet be slowful. It be suckerfestedly slow (to the point of death!) It then occurred to me that there be only a quota of 50mb per week! and it further occurred to me that I've been in da lawskool/libree so muchfully that all the innernet quota be used up!"

...To conclude the very long comment, it was basically said that too much stardeeing in the lawful libree (or any other libree, or place for that matter) is a stuckerfest.

And now, and now, the brain has melted and leaked out from the ears.

And somehow or another, as we skip, we skip outta the libree and into the fresh, cool, wunnerful (or not so) evening night air, the thoughts.. the thoughts wander away.. to a distant land afar. we wunner buddies be thinkering 'oh why stardee. we should have been spontaneous, should have gone to da beach. should have tanned! what a waste! a waste, i say. spending da day at the libree. tsk....'

(This is what it would have been...)

Da wunner buddays trot out of a horrigible lawful class where heavy stonering and sleepiness were afoot. As they walkered out of the law buildering (oh da law buildering where all that peeps learn about is lie-ability), the sunny sun battered down!

And one said to the udder, what a wunnerful day tis for the beach!

And the udder said, she said, indeedo wunnerful! Praps we should go...

"Praps praps!"

"PRAPS we will...(dodjee looks!)"

"PRAAAAPS WE WILL!" (and if anybuddy knew these buddays s/he would know this meant YES! Indeedo they would!)

And so in that sudden wave of spontaneity, da dodjee buddays set off on a Kwest to da Beach!

Firstly, firstly, provisions needed to be garnered (DUH). Drinks alllll round! (Kaffeeeen and sugar rushes, nuff' said). Andden andden off they went! Drinks in hands and bags aslingered dey sashayed away to a trammerstop on a certain Swanful St. Waited they did oh so patiently, the six minutes passing oh so slowly.

Da sillay tram thang snailed tortoised and generally crawled its way to da stop. At this point, da dodjees shoulda known that the fates were against them! Oh the dreaded fates! There be historical backing there be! Da dodjees in their Kwest to da Kween's Cauliflowerfield were held up by the terribubble fates. The trains delayed and delayed, forcing the persevering dodjees nudder and anudder, changing lines and stations! (Ntl ntl da dodjees pressed on courageously and reached Cauliflowerfield bearing a wunnerful junk-sock for dear ol' Kweeny.)

This day this day, da trains, previously unsuccessful against the dodjees, rested and the trams tried their lucker. As da buddees stepped on, it became clear that the trammer was really a steam-room-on-wheels in disguise (oh da crafty fates/odds!) But da dodjees gave up not nono. Easily they could have said, mehhh beacher nudder day! But nono, they said, we persevere! (That and they were too lazy to get off the tram.)

Thus, on and on they went. The odds gave up not! For the tram took the roundest-aboutest way to get to the Beach! What's more and more, it slouched, grouched and generally trudged to said destination. A tram broker down in front dey said (oh what lies the odds will stoop to). And so it took a full hour for said tram to tram to da Beach. Then by then, the sun was hardly useful for tannering no more! Indeedo, da odds succeeded in foiling da dodjee tannering plans. Whatodo whatodo da dodjees said! (NOTHINNNNNN' dey answered!)

Then da dodjees thought, nono, one mustent let da fates get da better of us! We beacher still we do! And so they sat themselves down defiantly and rebelled! Enjoyed themselves they did. Threw themselves onto da pile of broken glass! (broken glass, sand, it's all the same).

Then it occurred to them that many a sillay thang the uni(s) have offered, momsen subbies like philosophy and painful subbies like law (yes all of law). Yet yet there be no Beach Studies! Thus thus for da greater good, da dodjees began to formulate da first lessons of said wunnerful new course of Beach Studies.

Firstly firstly, Sand Relocation 101: the creation of a crevice of person size. Then then, Sand Relocation 102: the production of a mini wall (a WALLY if you will) for the potential purpose of the demonstration of a mass suicide by mini stick peeps. Next next, there be Sand Relocation 103: the making of sandballs (involving complicated ratios of liquidity). And finally finally, Sand Relocation 104: the formation of deep straight and round holes (skill be involved, peeps, skill!).

Tireful from all this good and noble work, the dodjees finally engaged in some personal stoner time. It be discovered that this be what philosophers do! Sit with the elements of nature and up they come with funnay thangs like da sands of time and how they slip, or how the harder one grasps the harder tis to hold on etc momsen like that. Thus, dodjees concluded that philosophers, really in truth, are but talkative stoners.

Then and then the sun waved gooderbye for da day! And da stars came out to play! (heyyy that rhymes IL). And da buddays decided to lounge on da beach, heads on da bags/pillows, faces to da sky. Their own sweet time the stars took. The dodjees listened to Nottie (good and loyal Nottie who served wunnerfully on the day of to) while much foot-pointing, hand waving (even some sleepering!) and star-flashing were ongoing. Then then the Dodj returned! From a fateful day 49 days ago, scenes be reenacted. Da dodjees lookered at each udder and though there be no words mad lafferter ensued! And stop it did not! Nono. Stop it did not. Much like the night where certain two peeps slept not all night and burst into much (silent) lafferter each time they looked at each udder when a certain dodjee (her initials are Mrs. L.) made noise in her sleep (and that be many times!).

Budden budden da odds be unhappy with da dodjee happpiness! And so da cold winds blewer. Da dodjees concluded it be time to leafer. Da stummy be hungery anyway they said they said (through chattering teeth). And so dey lefter da Beach! How da dodjees love da beach! There be no better place to stone, come up with new uni courses and beat da odds in general.

[Andden it occurred to the lawfulwunnerbuddays that they be sillyly standing in front of da lawskool (at the doors if you will), thinker-wunner-ponnering about the beach. the beach. Oh the beach! (should have gone, should have gone!) many a good time and times the dodjees have missed. Missed an apt, apt time of the reenactment of the dodj. Missed! All missed! whyy whyy!? beeecoz. stardee. wtd wtd! (nothin'!) Oh now, WTD WTD!]

Sillay law stoodents who can't do anything.. oh, so they decided to prance away to the street of ly and gone they were, skippity off from the lawskool! Came to a junction at the park-thingy and they thought, they thought. Be it chocolate, or be it gelati? (wunner wunner, they wunnered! sillay law stoodents can't do anythanng!) So they stand there like their sillay usual selves and they decide to call da Ledger! call, call. ask, ask. decide, decide. (and found out she be unloving. tsk! rather not join them peeps to scout around for brainfood.)
Anyhoo anyhoo, they decide it be a coldful night with many a cold breeze and trot off to the black chocolate place. Against the odds of the wind, against the odds of the peeps (peeps were crowding outside a shop, blocking the way!), against many a thing, they arrive at the blackchoc house. "Not serving anymoree", so they say! (OVOV! wtd wtd!) No choice, they be disappointedly wandering off down the street to the dodjeefreddies. eater a gelati or two, bench in da park, laffering away at the sillayness of themselves. hehee. and when the food be consumed, they leave, they leave again (and wunner about the day of tomor, when they be stardeeing yet again. OVOV!)

You seee you see.. it is oh-so-apparent to anybuddy (or anybody for that matter) that it would clearly be a bad choice to stardee allday, all night, all afternoon, for two (or more) days in a row! Thusfully and hencefully, this Tale of the Odds cometh to an astounding end.

We lie(d)

ps. This be a piece of peaceful collusion between the two (too) lawfulpeeps, because 'Two is better than one...'

A Letter to da Peeps

Dear Peeps, (A certain writer has come here today with many a thought - yet again!)

Have you ever heard of the song 'We' by Joy Williams? It goes like this:

She's independent and beautiful
Wish I could be like her
She's got the girls and the boys
So wrapped around her finger
Rumor is she's some kind of dream
Nobody knows she cries herself to sleep

We are not that different from each other
We just want somebody to discover
Who we really are when we drop our guard
That love has gotta start with you and me
We

He's on the top of the social scene
He's stylish cool and clever
He's got a cool attitude that screams
He's got it all together
You'd think he's addicted to himself
But he wishes he could be someone else

We are not that different from each other
We just want somebody to discover
Who we really are when we drop our guard
That love has gotta start with you and me

We've gotta come togeher
Oh You know you don't ever have to be alone
You've got a hand to hold

(Yeah Lalala Oh Oh Oh)

We are not that different from each other
We just want somebody to discover
Who we really are when we drop our guard
That love has gotta start with you and me
We Oh Oh And We And We You and me We
We've gotta come together

If you have just scrolled past all the lyrics, without a-readering, then scroll back up! One must read the lyrics, for they really do make lots of monaay. Anyhoo, after reading the lyrics, one can now wunner 'What be the purpose of this letter?' Well, that be a goodygoo question to ask! Indeedo, if peeps actually bother investing some monaay time (time be priceless!) in a good ol' dodj conversation, peeps would find out many a thing. Many a thing would be revealed. Things of which one would never know if one never asked. One must (and should) be honest! (ahyes, 'honesty' is da word). Cover-upperers should be banished, banished! Budden budden, you see, peeps be sillay! Peeps unnerstand not the function of da sharing. Peeps worry worry that peeps all be different and that peeps unnerstand not if they share and and and…peeps worry too much about too many thangs, when in fact peeps are really all da same. This person, that person, those peeps, weo share many a common experience!

For that reason, there be no peeps in heaven. Peeps be too sillay, worryful and altogether peepful. If heaven be filled with peeps, t’would not be very heavenful. Heaven be filled with spirits! Spirits be wise and spirits know muchly better. And we as da children of the King (the same King above all da Kings, self-proclaimed royalty and da peeps) be spiritful thangs. We be spiritful, and so and so da spirit knows that it is wise (wise I say!) to share. And so and so one must let da spirit take control! (Da sillay peep in da self can go and dieeee.)

So…praps praps, if peeps learn to care and share more and take on some of the dodj and spread the luff and fluff, peeps will live happily ever after (like all the proclaimed royalties in all those fairy tales)! Oh andden andden you see, there is evidence regarding this matter! A certain Book of Life says, it says! The book says, “Two is better than one…” Thusfully and hencefully, it must be conceded that whatsoever the Book of Life (which tells us how to live and all about life… etc) says must be troo! And while on the topic of Life and books, one’s mind wanders (and skips away!) to the thought of a certain revvy spoken to… It be the revvy of sowing and reaping! What one sows, one would reap! (ABD!) More specifically, it be that whatever thang one sows, one would reap that thang! (And that be all for the moment..)

Peeps, dear peeps, won’t you just go away right now and talker to the next person you see? The dodj must continue!

From,
I-wunner-who!

[Certain buddees were talking about many a thing, from coffee to… stuff; thusfully they concluded that such revvy musteth be shared amongst the extensive reader/viewership and be made known to da world! Hencefully, here it is. Kudos to the wunnerbuddees (: And welcome yourself (again) to the world of good ol' dodj.]

It Occurs to the Good Teller...

That the tale of the unfortunate princess be yet incomplete!

So it happens that this good teller and many others bumped (boing boing) into the unfortunate princess today, as she was again welcoming many a guest into the King's par-tay. Somehow somehow her wunnerful tale had made its way far and wide across the Kingdom into the ears of many a person! And so the unfortunate princess mourned, she mourned! Oy vey (is what she would've said if she were savvy to the language)!

But there's more! The unwitting princess, having yet learnt that the divulging of thangs is potentially dangerous, in mourning she said, she said:

But Sir Glen of the Freezytoes really looks different in person than on stage (lor)!

And for the peeps around her, the light bulbs dinged! It occurred to them all, the good teller included, that the unfortunate princess had once seen the good Sir Glen! And yet and yet had refused him entry! (If it were not known better, one might imagine that she was a law student!)

An innerestful detail concluded the teller, after much ponnering, chin rubbering and lip-tappering. After extensive discussion with a certain dodjeee buddeee, it was wunnered wunnered, what sort of a teller would the teller be if this detail be withheld from said teller's extensive readership! Not good, no no. And that be not what the title of this post says, no no.

And so for the sake of accuracy and truth! Here be the completion of the Tale. Make of it what you will. The good (and neutral) teller will certainly make no judgements regarding blurness, silliness, blind-as-a-batness, nicknames of Batgirl etc in any way.

The End.

(Disclaimer: this has no reference to real life events or persons. Any such resemblences are mere coincidences. So one wunners why a certain Hoey be agitated! Sillay hoey. But that be a post for anudder day.)

from then till now

Many-a-thing has happened since the BeachdayFriday was cancelled. Somehow or another, we are such good planners! We plan, we plan, and we never get down to beaching. Peeps say manyathing: study, assignments, work, too far, lazy, how, what, where, when, etc etc. Anyhoo anyhoo, all be good and done. The Plan was to have a pickernickerick on the saturday on the 7th of October. Budden, for many a reason, the little outing was cancelled yet again!

So it ended up that the JTJ met again on a fine sunny afternoon in a place of Queen's and the Victoria's where many a food places exist. Study, they said. Indeedo, they did study! The one hour attention span came upon a certain member of the team who promptly got up every now and then to wander off to the.. sink. With much studying, fun and a chuckle of laughter and a tadbit of chatter here and there, the night began with cups and cartons of coffee and junk all over the table.

And so concludes the story of the unbeachfulness and lack-of-stoning-in-the-Gardens and the begin of stories of stardee buddies!

p.s. Poey, where be da pizza??

After many-an-essayful day, one deflates deflates...
After many-a-panicky hour, da thang da head is conditioned conditioned that way...
After many-a-sleep-deprived night, da body is tireful but too tireful to sleep...
After many a day many a day...

It be time to declare a day of inflation, destressment, relaxation and good ol' dodjee fun!

And thusfully, this Flyday and Frieday shall be a day of sunshine and lafferter at da beach!

Come one, come all, in Bermies, Flippies, Shorties and Sunnies!

In short...

To the beach Friday, anyone???

things in da mind

The Tale of the Unfortunate Princess

Once upon a time, in a land far far away, or near near to you (it depends on where you stay of course! sillay law student don't make monayyy), there was a girl. She is the princess of our notsofairy-tale. For the purposes of anonymity, she shall simply remain the "princess" (hint: her name rhymes with silly, billy, willy and nilly and starts like trouble, treble and tree). This princess (self-proclaim one lah) had many-a-friend, including but not limited to, a certain Kween, a certain owner of a set of famous nostrils and a certain bean-curd food item. This princess, like her friends, was a wunnerful servant of the King (the one above all kings).

One fateful day, the princess in her servitude to her Father was welcoming guests into His palace for a wunnerful party cellyberating the King and all His greatness.Alas, she knew not of one of the powerful and important servants of her Father, one who had the great ability of conveying the King's words. This Sir Glen of the Freezytoes just so happened to be the guest of honour on that fateful night. As the good knight made his way into the palace, the princess, faithful in her duty as she was, stopped him.

She said to him, she said: I'm sorry, but you need an invitation to get in (in the form of a very valuable palace wristband).

And the knight, he said to her in his self-assured smile and manner: I don't need an invitation to get in.

And the princess, faithful still (and ignorant still), said to him (in a very unprincessful fashion I might add!): HAHA, yes you do! (or something to that effect, bear with me here).

And finally, the knight, with no other option, said to her, he said: I'm the guest of honour tonight!

And all the King's horses and all the King's men (and women) who had turned to observe the hullaballoo (what kay-pohs) burst out in laughter! Yes, even the honoured and booming Sir Matt of the Fields enjoyed a good laugh over the princess' tale of woe.

Indeedo, the good teller of this series of unfortunate events (well just one event really) could not stop laughing upon hearing it, much to the annoyance of the unfortunate princess. And the good teller thought to herself she thought: such a story musn't ever be forgotten! (Not at all because a certain set of nostrils was not forgotten, of course not).

And thus cometh the tale to the blog of the dodj.

The End.

(Disclaimer: this tale is in no way or form based on events or persons in real life. Any such similarities are pure coincidences.)

what time it be?

Many a time,
Peeps ask 'How was your day?'
And what do we say?
We say, we say 'Whatt daaayyy...'

Wunner why, wunner why?
Because, for the reason of...
The lack of sleep, or
For essayful and assignmentful reasons.
We've been awake for many a morning.
And yet, peeps rarely find us awake in the mornings!

Wunner why, wunner why?
Because, because...
We begin the day/morning with work,
Then we sleep in the morning.
Then we awake in the afternoon.
(Afternoons were very likely made for playing, stoning and whatever else)
Then we eat, drink, do the works (not the work).
Then when the sun sets, we say 'oyvey, it be night again!'
(We bade the sun goodnight and the madness begins!)

That be a whole day.
Hence we are always busy.
(Busier than the bees even!)

Goodmornite, world, peeps!
It's children's day! (don't forget to dress like a kid, and be a kid!)
(:
